Every Cloud

well.. here it is..in its finished glory, i say finished but i dunno yet.. when to stop is the hardest part in the road to perfection.

back story comeing up...

this is king arthur splash dragon and the name of the painting is "every cloud" (from the well known saying of corse) Arthur passed away... i say passed away but realy it was a lengthy one that lead to him haveing to be put down but alas after hurt there can only be art left to show how i feel.

my vision for this picture was a bit more dull than it turned out, i started with the penciling.. then the choosing of background was suposed to go from light to dark.. in the begining colours of beije (blergh).. i left it for a few days to stew and came back to it with a liitle more insight.. and since then ive kept adding to it.
im pleased with how it turned out.. and every angle theres a new little bit of excitement..
